  1. Click on Status drop down.
  2. Choose Active or Archived

Steps

  1. Filter by Option Category or Option Status
  2. Click View to view activities associated with the option

Edit Plan Options Status

Navigation Path

Admin > Projects > Manage Plans > Options > Edit Status Only

NOTE: Option status edits cannot be flowed to additional plans at the PS level, but are managed one plan at a time.

Steps

  1. Select the Status drop down to change the status of the option for this plan in this project.
  2. Select Save to save the selection and continue or select Cancel to discard the changes and exit.

View Lots

Navigation Path

Admin > Projects > Manage Plans > Lots

Steps

  1. Filter by Sales Status, Construction Status or Plan Status
  2. Click Associate Lot to add a lot to the associated plan
  3. Click Remove to delete a lot from the associated plan

    Note:  Plans of lots that have workups can not be removed.
